A cold but sunny start as Michelle went off to lessons and I headed of to meet the boys. They were boarding remarkably well considering there agenda to leave the bar at closing time and still make the first lift.

We made our way over to Val D'Isere via a steep black run called the Face with some treacherous moguls to add to the fun of the near vertical slopes. After that all the other runs paled into insignificance.

Back to Michelle for lunch and a much more placid afternoon practicing linked turns on the baby slopes. Rounded off the afternoon by exploring some runs off the Palafour lift before meeting Michelle in the bar for a few well earned beers. Speed and control is improving all the time.
